Payments are accepted through PayPal, Credit Card, Debit Card, Cash Card, Net Banking, Bank Transfer and Cheque's, overseas clients need to use PayPal for now. Our bank account details are mentioned on invoices.
Order Process
Once client opts for any new product or service invoice is generated.
As soon as the payment is realised, we will proceed with client verification and then initiate the setup process.
Concerned Team will then complete the setup and send you logins and other details as per opted product or service.
For any migration requests, you need to contact support team. Support Team will share you in detailed migration plan and get it actioned.
Order Verification
All our orders are verified by our billing team this is done to ensure that the account owner is well aware about the order placed by him and payment is made with his knowledge. Hence, you're requested to send an verification email to [email protected] Accounts are setup immediately once orders are verified through the defined process.
Refund
Your satisfaction is our top priority. Try us or get a prorated anytime refund for the Shared Hosting/Reseller Plans. Refund will be added as credit to the hosting account. The cancellation request should be sent through email to [email protected] informing about the reason for the cancellation and accordingly the refund will be processed. However the refund does not cover the below mentioned packages :-
- Domain Registrations/Domain Transfers/Domain Renewals.
- Dedicated Servers.
- SSL Certificates.
- Control Panel Fees.
- Third party software licenses.
- Any other Add-ons.
After sending the cancellation request, The refund will be credited to your original payment method within 5 to 7 working days. Credits or refund is given only when there is a valid technical issue faced due to hosting services. Refund amount will be decided by our Billing department.
There will be no refunds issued in case the web hosting account was involved in violation of our terms of service or any kind of illegal practice or abuse of services/resources.
Refund does not cover any taxes, processing or setup fees, handling or postage charges.
